Dear Christopher ~
I’m sorry I did not write a birthday post to you this year. We were too busy celebrating your special day on the 24th (though it was a quiet family Sunday at home), and then after that Grandma, Grandpa and Auntie Tammy were here and we were just having too much fun with them! 
I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve seen you make this year as you try your hardest to live how Heavenly Father wants you to live. There have been difficult times, but you have become a valiant boy who wants to do what is right . . . truly I am blessed to be your mother!

Thank you so much for your visit. We don’t get to see you often enough, and it was a real treat to be able to spend time with you this past week. Here’s hoping that we’ll get to come out there to visit you in Summer 2010!

Dear Blog Readers ~
I know I’ve been pretty scarce this past month or so . . . I’ve even let Family History Fridays slide . . .
I wish I had better news for you, but I’m taking a temporary hiatus from the blog for a bit . . . There are some things I need to work out, and blogging isn’t high on my priority list at the moment.
That said, know that I’ll be back as soon as I’m feeling up to it! I’m not abandoning you altogether!
